Effective Date: 01/19/2023 DTWSnow App PRIVACY POLICY FOR USER DATA INCLUDING PRECISE USER LOCATION DATA Anglin Civil firmly believes in practicing only the best in safety and security. I. Data collections and uses A. The data we collect 1. Data provided by users. This includes: •User profile information: We collect data when users create or update their DTWSnow App profiles. This may include their name, email, phone number(s), emergency contact information, address, profile picture, payment or banking information, birth date, information regarding qualifications such as possessing an active commercial driver’s license, driver’s license number, and other government issued identification information. 2. Data created during use of our services. This includes: •Location data: We collect precise or approximate location data from users’ mobile devices when users are clocked-in on the DTWSnow App and the DTWSnow App is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) if they enable us to do so via their device settings. The DTWSnow App collects such data from the time a user clocks in to the time a user clocks out. See "Choice and transparency" below for information on how users can enable precise location data collection. Users may request or elect to use the DTWSnow App without enabling collection of location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect users’ eligibility for being on the clock on the DTWSnow App. For example, a user who has not enabled precise location data may not be allowed to clock-in on the DTWSnow App. In addition, precise location data collected from a user may be linked to other users including but not limited to foreman, supervisors, and the operations center. This data is used for purposes such as safety, security, and accountability to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. B. How we use personal data 2. Safety and security. We use data to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. C. Data sharing and disclosure DTWSnow App may share data: 1. With other users 2. This includes sharing data with law enforcement officials, public health officials, other government authorities, airports (if required by the airport authorities as a condition of operating on airport property), or other third parties as necessary; to protect Anglin Civil’s rights or property or the rights, safety, or property of others; or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to the use of our services. D. Data retention and deletion The DTWSnow App retains user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide its services and comply with legal obligations. Updates to this notice We may occasionally update this notice. We may occasionally update this notice. If we make significant changes, we will notify users in advance of the changes through the DTWSnow App or through other means, such as email. We encourage users to periodically review this notice for the latest information on our privacy practices. Use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice to the extent permitted by law.
